Restaurant bewertenAmazing meal! Came as a group of 4 and split a bunch of plates. Loved the blueberries in the bhel puri, and the mutton rolls were so good we ordered 2 rounds. Also had cocktails, the dal, naan, fried chicken, and scallops and all were delicious. The ultimate highlight was the tart for dessert topped with a wonderfully spiced whipped cream. Service was friendly and fast. Only downside was it was uncomfortably hot inside, particularly at our table which was right next to the kitchen.
Loved this place! I love a small menu when you know there is no going wrong. Cocktails were good, but I ended up preferring the Mediterranean tonic, which had a bunch of great flavors that I don’t usually have in cocktails, but were super refreshing and paired well with the food!
Fantastic food. Great atmosphere. Excellent service. Will definitely go again. The bartender recommended the kale salad. Ended up being our surprise favorite dish of the night. Also had the sea bass (flaky creamy), scallops (seared perfectly), bhel puri (like a savory cereal), spiced orange NA cocktail (warm and bright), and passionfruit tart (tangy) for dessert. All were delicious.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie options that vegetarians and omnivores will both enjoy.Parking: Neighborhood street parking within a few blocks scenic walking distance.
Wonderful food, some fun experimental dishes! Overall, one of the best places I’ve eaten in Seattle. The naan is incredible!Vegetarian options: Awesome veggie options!
Four of us came to Rupee Bar to celebrate a birthday. We got a table outside on the sidewalk. We ordered about half the menu. All the food was delicious and the drinks were excellent. It was fun ordering so many plates and sharing amongst the table. I highly recommend the naan, kale salad, and the Kerala fried chicken. I would happy return to Rupee Bar with just my husband it would be a wonderful date spot!
