Portage Bay Cafe South Lake Union

We visited Seattle for part of the holidays. I was very impressed with our service. The young man was very polite and knowledgeable of the menu. He had a beautiful watch (I don’t remember his name) and longer black hair. I’m not vegan, and was impressed with the vegan menu.

The food was amazing and the portions were generous. There is a wait without reservations....but of so worth it!

Came for an early lunch and ordered the mushroom Benedict. It was very good! Loved the space and atmosphere.

Hands down the best french toast I’ve ever had, we ordered the banana french toast and it did not disappoint. The salmon eggs Benedict was really good but there was too much onion used that it overpowered the eggs and salmon flavors. Service and atmosphere is fantastic.

Everything was delicious! Our server was super friendly and the fruit bar was a nice touch! The whipped cream/butter served at the fruit bar was so light and refreshing! I'd come back.
