Lava Lounge - Seattle

Shows like open on Google, but after all the way there on Thursday night, looks like it's closed. Windows were omitted, characters seemed removed. I wish I would read the other last reviews before I go there!

Stood at the end of the bar for 15 minutes asking for a drink... No drink. Apparently unless you stand in one 5ft area, they don't know how to serve you a drink. Needless to say the bar is 50ft long. Terrible service. Will never go there again.

Lava lounge is such a beloved Belltown haunt. The punk slash tiki themed bar is always a party. I think they have the best painkillers in town. It's a casual spot to grab a bar seat or a booth and enjoy tikki style cocktails or the old standard bar selection. On any given night there might be a theme party or a DJ, and there's always a few to a lot of people made up of regulars and Johnny come lately's. Either way it's always a party.

Very cool and relaxed bar. The ambiance is nice and the vibe was good. It is totally a spot that you should stop into if in the area. The drinks were very good and it was a great spot to start the night out!

Stopped in for a quick drink walking back to hotel. It was relaxing and bartender was very sweet.
