Koibito Sushi And Teriyaki - Seattle

Koibito's offerings are as simple as the place looks. We normally order the chicken teriyaki. It's perfect for sharing. I'd suggest it for an adult and one child. Our lunch usually includes a salad which is always perfectly crisp dressing on the side. My husband and I typically order the rolls. The best offerings are the specialty rolls: spicy tuna, shrimp tempura, unagi, and crunch roll. My husband likes the homey quality of the fried rice, as well. The items are very well packaged, as we often order lunch to go, and the service is excellent. The reception is always warm and the owners are very generous. This is one of the neighborhood spots we frequent once a week because it is reliably good and we appreciate the fast service.

Fast, friendly and clean. I can't speak to the rest of the menu, but the sashimi I had was most excellent.

So delicious and fast!! I got the spicy chicken breast teriyaki and my boyfriend got the spicy tuna roll with some nigiri. I absolutely loved my teriyaki, perfect amount of spice and perfect temperature and I can tell the chicken breast is great quality and it’s also been cooked really well. (And I’m super picky with my chicken! And my boyfriend used to be a sushi chef- and he was pleasantly surprised with their spicy tuna roll, said it was unique! Definitely will visit again.

Awesome sushi! Quick, affordable, and super tasty rolls. Teriyaki great too, but would go back for the sushi.

This place is a hidden gem. Just thinking about their food makes me hungry! The poke bowls are my favorite and I love that they’re family-run too. They offer big portions and plenty of variety. I’d eat here every day if I could!
