Restaurant bewertenReally good Blue Cheese burger. Expensive for my standard as a tourist, but seemed locally price-appropriate. $18.00. It was a substantial portion with fries. Loved the old tavern vibe. Had my first Ranier beer there. Tasty! I would go back, for sure.Parking: We were there on a Sunday, so parking was free, but at a premium, since it was Pride. We found a spot, but most was taken.
Had just arrived in Seattle and was craving a good burger. This was within walking distance to our hotel so we decided to give it a try. Looks like it's more of a night life type of joint but still very good. We arrived early afternoon and not busy at all. Service was quick and attentive. We both ordered cheeseburgers and they didn't disappoint. Perfect portion, well cooked and very tasty. Came with some hand cut fries that were very good. We both left very satisfied. I would recommend for a drink and a burger.
Server Nicki ? was amazing. Very attentive, knowledgeable on food and recommendations were super she was delightful without being intrusive. The food was excellent. Our party went all vegetarian but each very different choices. Well prepared, fast, and generous. An appetizer of fried polenta was not only unique but wonderful. The only issue was had door open for circulation, and it was cold.Outstanding choice for a great dinner. ?
The bartender wearing a #10 jersey made sure that the unhinged guy I was talking to was long gone before I left. He let me stay in the bar for 40+ minutes after my last drink so that I would get home safe (AND thank you bar patrons Michelle and Chris for keeping an eye on me !The Moscow Mules were also very nice : overall I'd absolutely come back to this bar any time.
I do not recommend. My friend's drink was dosed with something when she went to the restroom. When we contacted the bar the following day about viewing the camera footage (to possibly warn others of this individual who dosed her drink) we were laughed at and hung-up on. Watch out for the people who hangout here. Not a friendly neighborhood bar.
