They don't ever answer there phone and they steal you money and your product its pathetic!

The line up was so long the manager was very not accommodating and was very rude to her workers. She was just seating down and observing. I think you need to big ups to the workers tho they were very helpful but the manager is something else. The fact that she knows how to work things around but does not have indicative to help on line up and just ask her people to be quick in service while she’s just seating there with no concern upon her customers and her co worker all she does is to tell her stuff to do all the work and her just seat and stand there. If im not mistaken the managers name is Janice and i think the higher ups need to discuss and retrain her to respect and be helpful to this business.

Came through and ordered 2 large iced capos that were literally white, had no coffee taste due to it being all cream. When I went back in I nicely asked for a new one, a gentleman came out and started raising his voice and arguing that I don’t know what an iced capp looks like or tastes like in front of 10 other customers who were disgusted by his attitude as well. No other employees had a problem and he wasn’t even the one making the new one. Won’t be returning here again.
