Chili's Grill - SE

This restaurant at the Calgary International Airport was truly disappointing and disrespectful. Upon ordering a vegetarian burger, I was mistakenly served a beef patty instead. Additionally, a vegan rice bowl with salad contained pieces of meat. The staff's carelessness in respecting dietary preferences and personal matters is unacceptable. Despite requesting a refund for both meals, only one was honored. Furthermore, the refund was provided in cash rather than the original payment method. The manager's lack of apology left us hungry as we rushed to catch our flight, and they even took my receipt after the refund. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant.
