Restaurant bewertenThe staff was friendly at this modern and clean coffee shop. I ordered an iced decaf Americano, which was a pleasant mix of dark, bitter, mild, and nutty flavors. It had a less fruity and more minty bitterness compared to other premium coffee places in the Valley, which I actually prefer.
The service was prompt and friendly. However, my iced Chai latte was quite watered down in taste.
I am disappointed by this restaurant's customer service. When I tried to call them to address issues with my order, I was directed to their website instead. I ordered a frozen white mocha peppermint drink, but it had no coffee in it. The sausage and cheddar sandwich was overcooked and the English muffin was rock hard. I feel like I wasted $14 and am unable to get a refund due to their lack of customer service over the phone. I will have to contact my bank for assistance.
Our go-to coffee spot when we visited. They were the only game in town that opened at 6am. Bright area and safe.
Wish I could give 0 stars. The red haired white girl is racist. I, an indigenous woman, was in line to pick up an order. There was a white male in front of me, he gave her the name of his order and then I did gave her mine. She made his right away. I then proceeded to wait almost an additional 10 minutes (on top of how long it took her to make the white guys order) as I watched her make about 5 other drinks for different picked up orders, who nobody was there to pick for up yet. I asked how much longer for my order and the 2 other workers had no idea about it. The one guy started my order right away and handed it to me in less then 2 minutes after that. The red haired girl didn't say anything or even apologize for not making my order. Does she not know whose land she is working and occupying on? Treat your customers better, especially BIPOC. Do better.
