Ajo Al's Mexican Cafe - Scottsdale

I ordered the White Chicken Enchiladas and they were fantastic. The restaurant wasn't too crowded, so it was a peaceful dining experience. The service was top-notch!

Ajo Al's is our top choice for Mexican food. My husband always orders the Machaca chimi with brown sauce, while I usually go for the flute, fajitas, or enchiladas. Everything we've tried has been delicious! We've been loyal customers of Ajo Al's for over 12 years, and it never fails to impress. The service is also excellent!

The service was excellent during happy hour, and the food was delicious. The margaritas were nice and the chips and salsa were good. The Mexican pizza with chicken was flavorful and tasty, as were the chicken Chimichangas with Queso Dip. The salad that came with the Chimichanga was also great. The Queso Dip was different from what I'm used to in Texas, but it had a silky and tasty flavor that I enjoyed, possibly with spinach. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely go back.

Mexican amazement with great atmosphere and food. Ordered a steak burrito with beans and rice and very enjoyed it. Service was friendly and friendly, would recommend and visit again.

!!Update 9 9 2022!! Everything The service, food, and beverages were exceptional this evening. Our server, Laura, was very sweet, thoughtful, and prompt! She?s was also truly amazing with our 5 year old granddaughter! As for recommending to friends family,.. We always do, and already did again right after we left dinner! 1st review on Google Excellent service and food once again!! HOSTESS, PAULO our server (whom we requested and waited for a table to hang out with again, for this evenings visit! ,.. and RICHIE the bartender took great care of all of us as usual!! Richie makes great Margarita?s, is very fun helpful!! He really keeps busy, as do the rest of this amazing staff!! I finally stepped away from my usuals to try some new items! Go me!! We?d been longing for so many new dishes and this evening I ordered the CHICKEN STEAK FAJITAS! Too many words come to mind, but I can say that both are seasoned and cooked perfectly!! The steak is so scrumptious, I had to just eat pieces of it without making a fajita! Ha! The chicken is also grilled perfectly and I had to indulge in that as well! Added some fresh made guacamole to some bites and that?s how I finished my meal! Of course The fresh house made tortillas are awesome as well!! Tortilla choices are Flour Corn, yum!! There really is nothing like fresh made tortillas!!!! We ordered a Potato Taco finally also, and it was very good! Perfectly cooked! Little sweet for me, but VERY tasty! I can definitely appreciate why it had WON the AZ TACO FESTIVAL 3 YEARS IN A ROW!!!! Kids Meals are generously portioned and loved by the kids!! More pics posted as well!
