Cardinal Creek Cafe

This course has become one of the best conditioned and best values this side of the river. They are open to the public but non Air Force people must call the course for help getting on base to play, a little annoying but worth it.

Busy for midweek lunch. The limited choices on base have to be the only reason. The food choices sure aren't.

Best grill on base for breakfast or lunch. The good folks behind the counter are friendly and fast.

Nice place with gorgeous views of the golf course/outside and spacious seating areas. Good food for decent prices, got the greasy but delicious Eagle Burger (with egg, bacon, and cheese) and steak fries. My companions also ordered the Southern Burger, quesadilla, and a BBQ sandwich and raved-about onion rings. Good place for a group to sit together and not have too long a wait (fast service).

Friendly staff, great course and practice facilities.
