Restaurant bewertenStopped in for a quick lunch. Hadn't been there in years. The last time we were there, the food was average, however on our recent visit the food was much better. The server didn't appear to be very happy which was a bit off putting, hence 3 star, otherwise it would have been 4 stars
We took my mum here for Sunday lunch. We were greeted quickly and the staff were very pleasant. The portion sizes were excellent and the quality of food also great. Even although it was busy, the queue for the carvery went down quickly. Will definitely return soon.
Booked table for 7 on 03/06/22. 16.15pm. Visited a few times before Pandemic, no complaints. Not so this visit. One starter issuing, despite going and asking 3 times. Manager came and placed money on table... No apology. Onion bhaji 2 portions, totally frozen in middle. Taken away by server to see manager, no apology no refund. Hunters Chicken? This was always my go to in Redburn, never saw 2 Chicken breasts so tiny, sparrow more like, dish too long in micro bacon sick dry and sauce dried in dish. Then to crown it all server clearing table between courses removed whiskey which was untouched as person drinking was in toilet when it arrived, OK this was replaced.. I'm sorry but I don't ind paying for quality but £80+ for this was dire.
Staff so friendly and kind. It really makes you feel like you've entered a homey establishment. My first time getting a carvery and I thought the quality was great! Will be back again, thank you so much to the team at the Red Burn Farm.
Lovely place to eat or to spend some time with your friends or family. We went in the evening without making a reservation and they offered us a table without problems. We ordered by app (you will find on the table a cardboard where you will scan the QR Code for the app) and in a very short time we received our food and drinks. Staff are very polite and nice. They are doing a great job! If you will not finnish your desert, you can take it home with you .
