Had a super bad experience at Schiphol today. I wanted to get 2 sandwiches at 12.10 pm (behind customs . Everything empty. I go to the lady who was standing there. (Which one suuuuuper slowly made coffee. and I asked 'is everything finished? ' She said 'oh uhhh well then they will be delivered ' She was very uninterested. It 's a shame, you leave a lot of money on a busy day! Service: Take out
Terrible customer service and staff attitude in the Starbucks at Schiphol Airport terminal near gate 10) run by young team. That 's fine but the so call team leader, a young small young girl with terrible customer service attitude, worse of all she was doing the staff training today ... I had a problem with the purchase of a display version of the last City Amsterdam collector 's mug . When I politely ask for her help, she said that 's it, last one no box, no collectors label to explain the description of the mug design), full of dust. She said if I want it, I have to pay full price, no offer of apology etc. I did at the end because I love the mug But... I would not recommend them to anyone, especially if you have a problem, God help you. Boycott that coffee shop, please. We can 't encourage customers service like that with the world economy reclining Thank you for listening.
The food was okay, friendly waiters, very nice people with 1 exception. Overhearing the conversations while eating, the shiftleader (Silvia) was absurdly impolite the way she treats her co-workers and employees. You should treat your co-workers normally and talk to them the same way you should talk to customers. They are employees, not dogs. Some compassion and sympathy will bring you a long way. I won't rephrase what was said, but I who owned my own restaurant, would immediately fire someone like that. TALK WITH RESPECT TO YOUR COLLEAGUES AND BE KIND. DON'T PUT YOUR FRUSTRATION OR YOUR MISERABLE DAY ON THEM.
