12pc nuggets ordered on the app. only they can order two sauces. When I came into the window, I asked about a 3rd soße and was withdrawn from the cashier I can no longer have. I said you'd throw this out. she replied, “You don’t have to be a Bi**h” and grabbed us the 3rd soße. call the number on the reception, which says they call and leave feedback. it ranked for always then to a busy signal. obviously they don't care about the thinking of the customers

Absolutely Terrible service time and time again….1. We waited in the drive thru for 15 mins after placing our order behind a vehicle at the window (who was waiting longer than we did)2. We pulled out of the drive thru and went in to find out the hold up was over them being out of spicy chicken… ok but why weren’t we told that when we ordered?3. While inside the restaurant the employees seemed to not have a care in the world! Totally oblivious to the line of cars out there driveway and people not getting food. They were too busy (I kid you not) stacking ranch packets…4. We finally get home to eat to find out that they forgot the Mac n cheese with the kids meal…This isn’t the most egregious example I know. This is my first time posting a review but this has happened time and time again… and I keep going back every month or so… out of the love for Popeyes… to find the same terrible service and quality of food. every single 1 star review on here is 100% spot on! All of those things have happened to either me or my fiancé. There’s a pretty common trend there… The 5 star reviews are bots or paid for no cap ?

Looking for some good chicken we stopped by this store on Algonquin road. For some reason the inside was closed and only the drive thru was open. Overall the ordering was quick and our food came out fresh. Being a newer store hopefully we can stop in and eat locally. This is on the NE corner of the intersection.

We went in ordering food through the driveway. Man on the intercom was really nice but when we got to the window, the lady with glasses seemed agitated by our being there. When we handed her our card she seemed to have gotten the wrong idea and was really aggressive while handing us our food, and continued to tell us that the restaurant wasn't a playground She was in a bad mood and clearly didn't have the patience, so it was up to us to defuse the situation by just letting it go. And in the end we didn't even get our sauces with our food, so we're basically just left eating dry chicken and fries.

We love Popeyes chicken sandwich, but the person taking orders at the drive thru had an absolutely horrible attitude. If it weren't for how hungry my wife was I would have just left. If you hate working there so much that you treat customers that badly, just quit. With the job market the way that it is, you shouldn't have a problem finding something you'd like better.
