Papa Johns Pizza - Schaumburg

Very good pizza and good taste another of my favorite pizzerias

Call the restaurant to get multiple pizzas for a party event they told me something about a code to get me a good price on multiple pizzas but couldn’t tell me anymore. Then they wanted me to order on their schedule an hour after I even needed the food. I will not call again

Placed an online order for delivery at 5:30 pm. Told me it would be here in 45-54 minutes. It is now 7:10 with nopizza. The only reason I ordered for delivery instead of going to pick it up was so that I could give my little one a bath and get ready to eat dinner in the mean time. However, I do not even know if my pizza is coming since when I call the store I only get a automated machine telling me my order is on it’s way.Edit: Went to pick up my own pizza since no one from doordash went to pick it up, manager voided transaction for the inconvenience! Very appreciated since this is a door dash delivery issue (even though I ordered directly through Papa Johns)

The whole reason to order directly from the store is to not use a third party delivery service. Would been nice to be told that when ordering .Especially when quoted a time that they have no control over didn't want my food to be sitting at the store until a driver decides to accept my order.

Burnt pizza. This is disappointingWe order same pizza from same place and still they can’t be careful while preparing order. It’s $30 pizza and half burnt
