Love this pub in Whitby...really nice atmosphere and great views out over the harbour...staff are nice and efficient...can be very busy tho but worth going

The duke of york never disappointed. as a native we visit here often pure because eating is amazing! (high recommend the steak and ale pie) the pub is cozy and has the feeling when a typical English pub in old style. it has a magnificent view over the harbour and also has a selection of drinks.
