Tim Hortons - Scarborough

This location has turned into worst food quality lately. I usually order croissants and everytime i ask them to make sure its extra grilled and no extra amount of butter just a light . This happened to me third time that they did not follow instructions properly so i had to post a review this time . Hope they will not repeat this in future and keep good customer service.

This location have there own policy employees are rude and I go to this location last 16years last two visit I was so disappointed the person on drive thru also manager on shift very route refuse take a payment on visa telling me they don’t take the visa I was very disappointed went to closed timhorton they accepted payment visa the shift manager and the employee are very route and keep saying they don’t accept visa on this location I did complain main timhorton they are not helpful totally Tim Hortons are very poor customer service and product I never ever going back to Tim Horton this location

This staff must be the warmest Tim Hortons staff in GTA !!!!

I asked for a strawberry lemonade slush and all I got was sugar ?

The gentleman there (maybe his name is Abdul).. dont know if he’s the manager or a worker but he’s one of the nicest people ever! Always so nice to my little daughters?
