Sail Sushi - Scarborough

Food was good. Service inside was horrible. We sat down for all you can eat and they took their sweet time which was less food for them to serve and we paid double compared to take out.

While the sushi is quite good, I think the staff try to pocket some change! If you pay cash, you get 10% off. Not sure about dine-in, but when you order take out, they round out a 18.30 bill to 19! Over a number of orders that works out to quite a few in the cashier's pocket! Instead of asking if you are paying cash before telling you the total, the cashier will say 20 and thn YOU have to ask what about the discount, then she gives you that 1 back! It's not a large sum but it's the principle of it!

What a surprise to find this hidden gem in Scarborough (Kingston Road and Lawrence). The food was AMAZING and reasonably priced. The customer service was good too. The restaurant was clean and all COVID safety protocols were met. I will definitely come back again!

Very reasonable prices in considering so many places increases their prices. really no msg. Usually it takes 30 minutes to prepare for eating. it's fresh every time. I like a sensitive one and can't take msg. I need to be careful when choosing a restaurant. it has been carried out all these times for me. they have a lot of parking. they give you 10% off when you get out.

I always order vegetarian sushi for pick up from here, as it is down the street from my house. The prices are amazing, I can walk away with a a big tray for a little over $30. Well worth it. My order is always ready when I walk in, I have not had any problems. Highly recommend!
