Restaurant bewertenFound by chance and by nose (the scent of ragù felt 50 mt away). we expected the classic trattoria of the country: some dishes maybe genuine. we found a restaurant whose menu does not show up in the most refined restaurants in Italy. genuine flavors in a variety and fantasy of exceptional dishes.
Very good food, varied, esorto and rich, presented with goto and care worthy of gourmet restaurants. intimate and real welcome, warm and pleasant as the whole inn of the rest transmits. to return more and more times!
Beautiful location is inviting, nice the owner who makes the welcome. Various and special menus with traditional proposals and magazines. good food, well served, good prices too.
Arrived at the small village, on the right you will find a convenient parking space to leave your car. the room is welcoming, but you will have to arm yourself with patience (if you want to eat here on the weekend remember to book with reasonable advance and to give you some time). There is no menu and so you will have to wait for your turn, so that the paola lady can sit at your table to “remember” the stages of the eno-gastronomic journey you are preparing to travel. wine paper not very assorted, but we opted for the moraillino of the house that was not bad at all. no appetizers exist: you will be served a welcome entrance offered by the house (tomato pepper in our case) waiting for the first. we tasted fettuccine with figs, sausage cooked in the holy wine, peppers and almonds of the pici with gorgonzola, pears and cheek. second boar in humid (notable) and stracotto with berries and pomegranate. of chocolate cake and rum and a ricotta-based processing. Had dinner here. Service is friendly and welcoming. At the arrival Ms Paola welcomes guests with a pappa al pomodoro revised, very tasty. After we had spaghetti alla chitarra with fichi guanciale and peperone (very tasty and pici gorgonzola and guanciale (also very tasty . As second course we had maialino and faraona (very good . To conclude, as deserts, pere in riduzione di Morellino and Ricotta cream with cynammon and chocolate (great! . I would reccomend to improve the wine list by giving the possibility to choose few wines by the glass, at the moment not possible. The Vino della Casa is not particularly tasty. I reccomend to sit outside on the terrace. Price was good for the service and the food.
