Fishtales - SAWTELL

I live nearby and every time I go to this restaurant, the service is incredibly slow. I keep hoping that they will improve, but unfortunately, it's always the same slow experience.

The dining experience was enjoyable, and we were very pleased with the service. The staff were attentive and cheerful. The pub food was delicious, especially the children's dishes which came with ice cream. The fish was particularly tasty.

Lunch. Much better than your average pub food. We had two fish dishes, pearl perch and prawn cutlets. The perch was great and the prawns were locally caught, then crumbed on the premises, a cut above those served inmost pubs, which are usually purchased in catering packs from Vietnam. Nice atmosphere, pleasant staff and very good food. Recommended!

Pub restaurant this has a family atmosphere, with open plan dining, there is no waiter service all dishes are on a beeper service can be loud at times but the food more than makes up for it. casual atire and also street dining is a winner. Good thing is you can hang around and have a drink in the beer garden and live music great choices of food steaks, seafood, and etc...set menu and also specials board's packed with dishes found in any major city restaurant. happy dining. out of

Chilli/garlic king prawns chef special. ordered a main, small king prawns with huge king prawn heads that were the mass of the slain were mainly unusable. tasting otherwise, room for improvement.
