Quattro Vinotecca - Sault Ste. Marie

Disappointed in calamari appy. I've had this dish before several months ago and it was great. This time however the rings were very thin (less than 2 mm) making it very easy to overcook and resulting in dried up strands inside a heavy batter. Nothing like last time. I decided to treat myself to lobster risotto which was supposed to contain, lobster, shrimp, chorizo and mushrooms. There were 3 shrimp and 2 pieces of chorizo and no lobster. That was bad enough bit there was also absolutely no flavour to the risotto. I had others taste it and they agreed. Even with extra salt and pepper it just tasted like watered down rice. The waitress was great and asked the kitchen for some lobster which they provided but why did I have to ask? Why would you serve lobster risotto for $33 with no lobster and only 3 shrimp? I'm not sure I'll try this restaurant again. So disappointed.

We ordered the 42 dollar 2lbs wings and extra large pizza and added several extra toppings.The meal fed 4 no problem excellent pizza unique sauce , wings were out of the park baked and spicy. price was but worth it the wings had to be 3 lbs min.

We were hotel guests and were tired and hungry after a long drive. After searching unsuccessful for a good restaurant nearby, we defaulted on the Quattro dining room. We were amazed at the beautiful meal and friendly service. Jimmy was a very efficient server. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Very much enjoyed our food, and the knowledgeable, friendly and attentive staff. Lamb chops, gnocchi, and pork tenderloin were spectacular. Not our first visit here. Won’t be our last. Already looking forward to next time.

This restaurant was a great surprise the first time we visited. Awesome menu to satisfy any taste. Food never disappoints always delicious. The bar serves some of the best drinks.
