Tim Hortons - Sault Ste. Marie

The place was very dirty. from the tables with crumbs and mud left on them and the very muddy, wet bottom. with seating and limited it was a scandal, not much of the choice where you sit with dirty tables.

The food is horrible, the coffee is bad, the service is extremely slow and terrible, they discriminate and are unprofessional. avoid

Staff took much longer than I expected to give me my order, comparing to other Tim Horton's, this one didn't impress me. Their drive thru is WAY to small, bad design and you can see the damage from vehicles getting stuck. Not safe for drive thru

Definitely could work on their customer service. The company should Coach the order takers not to show thier disinterest in their voice and their customer recover is one of the worst I've ever come across.

Waited at the drive through for 5 mins and didn't get service or answered....had to go inside just to find out the drive through girl was taking to someone on the phone....worst experience I've had so far...
