As a native Berliner who's now living in Orlando, I was beyond happy to finally find authentic Currywurst and a good Schnitzel here in Sarasota! I strongly recommend trying it out, extremely friendly staff, absolutely delicious food and traditional buns that taste like home! Danke Jürgen, we will be back!!

I recently visited this restaurant with a friend. I ordered the carving sandwich and the sauce that came with it was excellent. My friend tried the curry sausage with potato salad and also enjoyed his meal. The prices were very reasonable. We highly recommend paying a visit to this place - we will definitely be back!

The sauces!!!! I just had lunch with the family and it was great. The curry sausage was by itself amazing, with a spicy curry ketchup, but if you add the German potato salad, it is the perfect meal. One or more of my daughter fries and trying all the sauces was worth the blend I received from her. Several different musts and mayos made everything they touch taste better. I was thinking of eating my napkin when everything was said and done. So great to chat with the employee and listen to something about the restaurant. The exterior seats were also perfect. I recommend Curry Up King!

This is an excellent restaurant! Whenever I go to Currywurst, this is where I want to be. The food is delicious and tastes just like what you would find in Germany. Today, they went above and beyond by making me a fresh meal and surprising me with a free apple strudel accompanied by a handwritten note because DoorDash was having difficulty finding delivery drivers in the area. It was a thoughtful gesture, even though it wasn't their fault. The owners are truly wonderful entrepreneurs!
