Chick-fil-a - Sarasota

I am visiting from Ontario and had the pleasure of having lunch here on May 30. Our greeter, Michael, was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager came over and talked with us for a while and made us feel very welcome. All the staff were wonderful. Food was great! I wlll be returning on my next visit.

What on earth is going on at this place!? This has got to be the best and most wholesome fast food place I have ever been to. I?ve been here many times and food is delivered so fast to the table that I have yet to manage going to the restroom to just wash my hands and coming out with the food NOT being at the table. I?ll beat them one day! XD This last time I went on Saturday was something else though! Everyone was smiling, friendly, and happy? patrons and employees alike. One employee was playing on his guitar the whole time for guests. The other employees were so attentive that someone even came out to my table and asked how I am enjoying the food and if he could ?replenish my beverage.? There were a lot of kids there with families and it seemed that they were school friends or otherwise knew each other, because people waved and said hello to each other. It was all such a surreal and wholesome experience that I was just in shock. I can?t remember the last time I saw so much good juju in one place. Definitely coming back. This place is just unusual, in a very good way. Oh, and food is amazing, but everyone already knows that.

Service was amazing! Hot fresh food was delivered to our table quickly. The young man and lady in the dining area did an extraordinary job making sure customers were taken care of and the areas were clean. The manager checked in with us and told us about a place to take the family to find shark teeth. This location definitely goes above and beyond!

No one makes it better than Chick fil A. We've been going into this Chick fil A for over a year and it's always a great experience. Whether you dive, drive thru or have it delivered to your car, the food and service is always great. My morning meal is the Chicken Biscuit and Nuggets. For the afternoon or evening his Spicy Chicken Sandwich. My children tried everything on the menu and they love it all. There is a good selection of drinks, both sweet and unsweetened Ice Tea and Lemonade are extra good! If you are ready for a great experience, the personal are always polite and attentive, the service is punctual, food is delicious and perfectly cooked and the entire dining area is always clean and tidy. The interior makes it a personal experience and less commercial and directly at the entrance, you can read via the operator. One last, their shakes are amazing, but don't tell my wife!! Chick fil A is for everyone!

The service was good/fast everything was right. However both times I left the sandwich, was lower than normal. The chicken was very dry thin as only bread no chicken). Tested old. Idk, why 2x in a row has been like this:
