Restaurant bewertenWhen we arrived, we sat right away. After we sat, it took too long to get service, every waiter looked at us and then Vito finally came to our beverage order. Vito was a great server and I have no complaints about how he shapes his job. When I went to pay, my card fell into the reception book because they were old and had a tear where to place your card. I was under the deck looking for my card because she couldn't just get up and leave. While I was down there, my wife felt that they suspected that we were trying to pay our bill, which was a little insulting. She said when she pulled out her card to pay, everyone finally came to search for the missing card. We could only find it the next morning when we came back, and I thought it would have to be somehow in the booklet. I have a word of advice for the servers, as I was a server and a bartender for high-end restaurants, maybe I was only qualified enough. If a customer is uncomfortable due to the company, work to take non-preventive measures, especially to lose something as serious as a card; do not make them feel pushed out of the door. Overall, the food was very good, the drinks were good and our server was great. I will recommend this place to friends when they are in the area, and I will give this place another attempt at some point in the future.
We had reservations, so we sat right away. Once we sit, water and bread were served. Our waiter immediately appeared and asked for drinks. When we selected a bottle of wine other than the wine, he immediately beat our waiter. Shortly after he came back and brought our wine selection and was asked for our order. We were not informed about any specials. Our food came out quickly, actually too soon. We felt very much. When we finished, we heard that our waiter informed the table next to us of the specials. All in all, we were very disappointed. We were rushed through a meal that should be a pleasant experience. We were both disappointed at our meals. The calfsal and spaghetti were ordered again. We would like to give him another chance, but we were very disappointed at our first experience.
Excellent. Service fantastic. Food delicious. Vito, our waiter was great. Manager host was unfriendly and appeared annoyed, because we were reluctant to be seated next to the front door entrance. Definitely will eat there again.
Significantly overprice for what it is. My husband and I were very disappointed in our meal. I had a special, flounder francaise. The flounder was good, but it needed to come with at least two sides in order for it to be considered meal. Instead, it came with a vegetable ?garnish? of one small broccoli floret, two green beans and a few small matchstick size pieces of carrots. My husband had a pasta dish with sausage and tomato sauce. The pasta dish was very mediocre. The bread served with the meal was mediocre as well and not freshly baked. The restaurant also charges a 3.5% ?service charge? for credit and debit card usage. Credit card fees for a higher end restaurant are simply a cost of doing business and should not be passed on to the customer. (If anything, they should offer a discount if customers choose to pay cash rather to than charging a fee for using a bankcard. We will not be returning.
Mediocre at best, both food and service. It began with our reserved table being given away and our waiting 30 minutes to be seated. Busboys were great and quickly set up bread and water, and then we waited. A server, we thought, asked if we had heard the specials. Answered no, and then he asked if we wanted to. Mind you, still only water. Another server eventually asked what we wanted and took the order. Last we saw of him until the end. Asked the busboy for a drink who quickly flagged down a floor manager, we think, who took the order. It never came. Asked again and it was brought. Food came, served well by busboys. Not bad, but not great. Busboys and bartender were great. Atmosphere very nice. From there, pretty average overall. Not worth the price. Won?t be back.
