Restaurant bewertenVery nice and pleasent hotel! I do recommend. Only cons I would say, the matress could be newer and better
The snacks on the 5th floor need to be revised. The best night was when there was a veggie wrap, something that looked like a hummus dip, and picks with mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes. But other nights the snacks were boring. Back in the day there was more spanish ham and bruschetta. Honoring the history that the furniture in the lobby has is wonderful, but some wooden pieces need paint touch up, just for aesthetic purposes. Overall though, it's a wonderful hotel. Every single staff member is on point with service from the moment you step outside the car.
Nice place, good accommodations! Food is delishhh. A bit pricey but good.
The embajador is gorgeous. The rooms are great. The Hotel's services could use some upgrades. Pool towels are not stocked at the outdoor pool. You must walk to spa to ask for them. Sauna is by appointment. Indoor pool is exclusive to guests who use other spa services. Food at restaurant is subpar for a five (breakfast and dinner) I would stay again, but come better prepared as I feel hotel amenities should be more accessible to guests. Fire alarms went off all night during my first night
Unfortunately not a five star experience. They called security for eating by the pool although the food menu is at every pool lounger. They never notified me at the time of my order that food was not allowed at the pool. The security took my to-go box in front of all the guests. Had I been aware of the no food policy beforehand, I would not have ordered food. Needless to say I won’t be returning. I recommend the Sheraton or Renaissance for better service. Update: Johanny Sosa (guest experience manager) gave excellent service expected form a 5 star resort. She was professional, compassionate and helpful. I will consider returning in the future.
