I am a regular customer and I always found myself very well, great food and I am kind. but unfortunately, with the passing of time, I was sick for some things. during the closing we had booked at 18:00 for 19:30. but they gave us the order at about 23 hours without even having a minimum discount and eating now cold and all delicious, of course. We were sick of a shocking attitude. not so much for the delay as I understand the difficulty of organization having been their first day of delivery at home. even if the delay has been exaggerated. Despite this we continued to attend the club. another thing I haven't liked lately is payment with pos. in May this year I booked some take away the dishes and paid with the pos but with the negative result. then I decided to pay in cash, but the money was officially scaled from the account without receiving money. I had to come back even if I immediately communicated the problem, but they told me to wait. I came back and fortunately I had the receipts with me and the problem solved. with a lot of anxiety. this same problem has been found these days. and they justified themselves by telling me that it happens to other customers, but it's a matter of days. so I recommend you keep track of your account if you decide to pay with the pos, of course this is a general advice can happen anywhere.
