Piper - Sant'agata di puglia

We stayed at the Piper complex while visiting Sant 'Agata di Puglia for a relative 's wedding. There is not even a place to check in. You go in the bar and say I booked a room . When we got the room keys, we headed upstairs. As a non-smoker, the hallway reeked of smoke smell. When we got in the room, it was so small. There is a small little desk and VERY uncomfortable beds. Every time you lay or sit on them it feels like a spring running through you. In the bathroom in room 6, it was just dysfunctional. The shower was infested with ants every single minute of the day. There were holes in the grout. The water pressure was so low you could barely take a shower. Not to mention every time you try to close the room door in room 6, you must slam it shut because it will not close due to the fact that the door encasing was not properly fit to the door size. Ever night here, it was so loud, earplugs aren 't even enough. People are playing loud music downstairs you can hear through the thin balcony doors, and the hallways echo so you can hear every single little thing someone is doing. The walls are also so thin you can hear a normal conversation if you are just sitting in the room. There is also a lack of normal amenities you would get, like tissues, toilet paper, and clean towels. If you are planning on hanging anything up in the closet, choose wisely because there are only 3 hangers, and 1 or two of them are held up by electrical tape. For the entertainment in the room, there is not much. In our room, we had one channel, and it didn 't even work. The TV is all static and you can 't hear it that well because the sound is all muffled. There is also only one plug you can use, and the electricity from the outlet keeps going in and out. If you are planning on using the air conditioning, get ready because it is super loud. There is dust clogged in the vent and it causes so much noise. The parking in this place is also a disaster. I could barely park here because everyone thinks that you can park however you want and you can 't get in and out. So, this place overall should be shut down. It is dirty. It is unwelcoming. And it is quite horrible. If you are in the area and need to stay somewhere for the night, drive 15 or 30 kilometres extra. It is worth it.
