Kfc - Santa Paula

Chicken is delicious as we all know, all fried and baked is always good. 4 stars because they are always out of something at this point, if its non-heavy patties is for the sandwiches salsa or an element from the side order menu.

Good service and great chicken. A sign of times expensive...

Everyday KFC, no huge complaints but every time I come, they get my main meal correct but my sides wrong, every time. They could do better.

I ordered food to be ready at 6pm and then arrived and food was not even started. When looking through order at home both meals that should have included fries and sauce did not contain either. Very disappointed in service and food.

For starters they didn't have any paper receipt to give me a receipt and they didn't have any butter. But what really irritated me was that I got a famous bowl but I told them with no chicken and no gravy Make it gluten-free and they did not there were pieces of chicken and I could not eat my famous bowl because of health reasons (I cannot eat gluten) So if I did not look at my food before eating I probably would have ingested it and been really really sick. Then they said everything was in the bag so I took their word for it and I probably shouldn't have because I did not get my biscuits. Very upsetting, very unorganized there!
