Chicken Express - Santa Fe

Great prices—definitely the best value for me! However, make sure to double-check your order before you leave. Sometimes items might be missing, so it's a good idea to review everything occasionally.

The chicken and the rolls are delicious. The sides are not so good, but the chicken does. Your staff is always friendly here. I don't eat as often as I want because they're expensive. Frankly, they're too expensive. I can take my family to Outback Steakhouse for dinner and the sum is just about $10 more than our sum for a family series of chicken breeders and two sides at Chicken Express.

I've been here twice and have enjoyed the chicken both times. The sides are hit or miss. Corn on the cob was delicious and fresh, mash potatoes obviously instant mix, the first time I came they forgot one of my orders of fish and hush puppies. So this is a mixed review. With some better management they can really turn this thing around. But as of now this is a slightly positive review but make sure to check if they gave you everything you ordered before leaving.

I ordered the #1 combo and ended up waiting 10 minutes while the person behind me received four boxes of food. It felt a bit odd. Is being at a church-related restaurant influencing service?

I was initially quoted a wrong price, and then we received a control order before we could place our actual order. It shouldn't have been that complicated. When I finally made my payment, there were still mistakes. Two items I didn't order were included, and I ended up being charged a different amount. I called the manager to express my disappointment, as I had visited this restaurant several times before without any issues. Although she was also unhappy about the situation, she assured me that I would receive a refund for the two incorrect charges. She said she would take care of it.
