Blake's Lotaburger - Santa Fe

Lotaburger nm away. yum, tasty. largish, clean, new business. great food, pity and people. for me this is the best burger in nm.

Eating is good, but customer relationships are bad. a previous take-home order forgot the riders. when I ordered again, I informed the service person that they should replace pommes as well as some included in today's order. when I checked before leaving, there were no pommes. When I asked about the questioned, I was told to come back and talk to the manager.

Today I ordered my usual classic burrito number 3. It's a bean burrito basically...but not today.I asked for red sauce. There's none. I asked for extra cheese. I got plenty of that, but hardly any beans. It was all hash browns again.People what gives!!! I've never gotten a bad burrito like this from blakes on Cerrillos!

This was a very disappointing franchise location. It was a very dirty and run down restaurant in need of a serious refresh. The employees were not friendly and didn’t seem to be happy to be helping us (they might have been understaffed The meat on my burger was very thin and falling apart. Not the high quality establishment I was expecting. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because my husband liked the green chile on his burger.

A double-burger with speck and cheese and fries ordered. eating was good, pommes was ok expected a bit more, but problem I have been the price difference between regular pommes and big pommes it made for u to get a big fry and my total amount was 19 dollars, which was comparable to some of the other gourmet burgers places expected this a cheaper option somewhere about 10-15 dollars, but all in all it is quite decent.
