Restaurant bewertenLife is too stressful and hectic for everyone to continue on without a break. I think we all deserve one. The beach provided me with an escape after a month of hectic work and stress. Not knowing that I was waiting for a perfect breakfast at the O'Neill's. There is an incredibly calm and peaceful atmosphere in this restaurant. This restaurant's enthusiasm and professionalism were evident immediately when I walked in. I was treated with warmth and professionalism that left me extremely refreshed. The restaurant's highlight is their balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the beach along with the sun's warm rays. Throughout my stay I found the breakfast to be satisfactory with no surprises. The entire experience was absolutely delightful. Among the things this restaurant is known for is its collection of high-quality utensils and crockery. There is always perfect cooking and equitably served food. All the readers of this review should take themselves as well as their friends and family members to this restaurant sans hesitation.
The view and ambience are perfect, it is a great place to be. The food is also a pleasure great Clam Chowder, the Pacific catch was delicious, and when they say craft pasta they mean it! It was amazing, so fresh. Besides, a bakery cook in the house who definitely knows her stuff! They also had interesting cutlery and crockery that was a nice touch, live music, good wine list and park service at Dream Inn so you don't have to fight the boardwalk / pier traffic. Great service!
Last weekend with my wife and mother came to the law for our trip to Santa Cruz. Our server was very helpful and very professional, but the food on the other side was moderate in view of the price point. Our Clam Chowder was extremely salty and dinner gritty. My wife got the rabbit stew and the rabbit was over boiled. For salmon from Monterey it was extremely fishy and not so appetizing. The fillet was decent, but we didn't even finish our whole meal for small portions. On the bright side it has a good location, friendly staff, and the drinks were really good. I'd come back for cocktails, but not the food.
The ambiance is awesome. Smells like crab upon entry... In the best way possible. Kind folks working there. The food was actually stupendous, really delicious and fresh tasting. Just kinda expensive. $9 pint of local beer on a Tuesday night. $22 for 2 sliders. Again, they were delicious, but this is not an everyday place for locals.
Prices are high, but food is delicious. No American sized portions lol, but left happy and content. I did the mussels for the appetizer, which came with 4. For my meal, I did prawns and pumpkin ravioli. Came with 4 prawns and about 6 ravioli pieces. It was delicious. It is $2.50 to add another prawn. Also, they have sourdough bread and you have to ask for it to get it. Nice views and good drinks too.
