Restaurant bewertenI haven't been disappointed at this location as of yet and I typically order from here at least twice a month. They don't skimp on the veggies, my sandwich configuration has always been correct, and the macadamia cookies are one of my favorite things on this planet.There are only 2 curbside pickup parking spots here and they're often occupied so I always put a note in the comment box on the checkout page that describes my car so they'll still bring my order out to me.Vegetarian options: Subway is quite literally just vegetables on bread. Depending on your veggie and sauce choices, you could probably be happy without having any meat at all. I am not a vegetarian though so I'm really just guessing.Parking: They only have 2 curbside pickup spots which are often occupied when the plaza is busy.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu but you can really choose any type of sandwich they offer and have them put it on a child sized bun.
Happy standard veggie delitte sandwich which went well with mayo, Sri racha, honey mustard… do add some salt and pepper too for a spiced
It's been close to a month and I still have not been refunded for a sandwich I couldn't get because they were out of ingredients. I ordered a sandwich through their app. I went to pick it up and an employee told me they didn't have the ingredients to make the sandwich. I asked about a refund and was told to they couldn't process it in the store but if I called the number on the receipt someone would help me. NBD I figured, it shouldn't be too much hassle. I turned out to be very wrong.I've called and left multiple messages with my contact info and never heard back.I went into the store and an employee called her manager on the spot. The manager asked her employee to give me personal number so I could text the receipt to her and she could forward it to the manager. The manager assured me she would be in touch with me in a few days. After a week of not hearing anything, I texted the employee and asked for an update since I was getting 0 traction anywhere else. She at least replied and told me she didn't have an update and that if I wanted to talk to the manager I should come by the store. I asked for the managers number and she said she can't give that information out. I asked to have her manager call me and never got a reply or a call.This entire ordeal has shown me how terribly this location treats their entry level employees and their customers and I won't be going there again. What kind of management makes an employee give me her personal number while guarding their own contact info with their life? They had so many chances to make things right and they failed at every opportunity.Im so glad Mendocino Farms is right across the street.
I can't believe these professional athletes endorse this place, I ordered the #30 T beast which supposed to have 1/2 lb of meat but what I got was a total RIP OFF I guess to get sandwiches like they advertise you have to be one of these athletes that do there commercials. It's a regular subway. Nothing wrong with it. Quick good meal. They have vegetarian delight and vegetarian patty on offer for vegetarians.
