Restaurant bewertenThis was the first restaurant I visited in Santa Barbara, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The menu offered a delightful mix of pasta, pizza, and other dishes including seafood and risotto. My friend chose the pesto and chicken gnocchi, which was wonderfully balanced, and the addition of pine nuts was a nice touch. I opted for the mushroom risotto, beautifully topped with mozzarella cheese. The outdoor seating was charming, featuring tables with firepits at their centers. The service was prompt, and the prices were quite reasonable. My only complaint was that the salad I ordered was overly drenched in balsamic dressing and had too many red onions, to the point where I found myself picking them off.
The restaurant offers an excellent variety of pasta and pizza options. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes were generous. I particularly enjoyed the eggplant parmigiana and the crème brûlée, both of which were fantastic!
Nestled on State Street in Santa Barbara is Mizza, an Italian restaurant that boasts a welcoming ambiance and friendly staff. The food is excellent, and they offer a variety of options for those with dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes!
Great Italian food! Pasta was perfect, location is amazing, regular water was not just a tap water, but filtered and with ice! I also tried spicy shrimp amazing!
We visited in January. It was cool outside but very comfortable under the heat lamps. The mushroom and leek pasta was fantastic. Best thing I’ve eaten so far on this vacation. Spaghetti and meatballs were also very good. Restaurant across the street had live music which was nice. We could enjoy it without it being too loud. It was a nice dinner and we would definitely return.
