I'm a nightime regular (for 8 yrs now). At 2:00AM this morning I drove through but there was no attendant yet two employee cars were present. Being familiar with the night crew I was concerned so knocked on the glass, honked my horn and circled the store a few times. For the 20 mins I was there, there were numerous customers trying to get their attention but to no avail. I only have a limited amount of time for lunch and with Jack being the only option at that hour it's frustrating. Wasting time gas is not something I'm fond of.
A good place to get a midnight morsel or 2. Even in the middle of the night the food is hot and fresh off the grill. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: French Fries, Burger, Cheeseburger
This is the third time within a week I have ordered a ultimate bacon cheeseburger only to receive a ultimate cheeseburger because your employees are too lazy to cook the bacon... They throw another Patty on there to try to make up for the lack of bacon.... Very unsatisfactory.... If I do choose to eat at this location again it will be too soon.... Service: Take out
Unfortunately, the manager didn’t seem to know how to process the refund and appeared upset that we requested one. The young man working with her also seemed to lack training and professionalism. It was shocking to see this level of service from a restaurant associated with the Jack brand. Our experience was incredibly unsatisfactory, and I was disappointed in the entire team’s performance that night. When we asked for the manager's name, she refused to provide it, especially since they were unwilling to issue a refund receipt initially. I will not be returning to this location, and I plan to reach out to the manager in the morning to address this issue. I hope they take steps to improve their service and support their employees better!
