Restaurant bewertenSo I hate to ever complain about coffee because I have worked at a Starbucks. I Ordered 2 drinks from the drive thru that we?re supposed to be the exact same. Both drinks were handed to us and looked completely different and both were wrong. They then offered to remake them?. And Again made wrong. Definitely will not be going to this location again.
Came from Ireland for holidays in sandy springs and if I?m being honest they make the best mocha cookie frappe-chino. Service was 10/10 I went there 3 times and the staff were always friendly.
This is the single worst Starbucks in all of the metro area. The lady at the register inputted my order wrong FIVE times!?? If you do not know the difference between a frappuccino and a cappuccino you should not work at Starbucks. Why in 2022 you can not have real time inventory within your app? I drove 15 minutes to have them tell me my food item was out of stock! Don?t let me order something you can not deliver.
I ordered an iced coffee with milk. That?s it and it took 15 minutes. Everyone who ordered behind me got their drinks first and lost of their drinks included espresso shots and other time consuming add ins. I was finally asked what I was waiting on and it took 5 seconds. On top of that it?s not even good. Ridiculous. You?re better off going to Dunkin? Donuts.
1. An employee almost plowed over me at the entrance. We made eye contact in plenty of time. But as I opened the door he lowered his shoulder kept coming. After he passed (damn near spun me around) I got a very dry sorry. 2. My usual coffee was poorly flavored hot water. The store is clean, has plenty of seating, has a decent customer flow, most staff was nice, but I doubt I'll be back.
