Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Sandy

Unfortunately my smoothie tasted like freezer-burned fruit:(the worker at the window was really kind, just the smoothie did not taste great.

I was standing up front for ages- 5/10 mins minimum while 4 employees were chilling in the back. I literally had to walk to the back to get their attention. Super disappointing. Someone should always be available in the front. As for the smoothie it was super bland and they messed it up so they had to remake it. It still tastes like a bland smoothie. Me and my husband were the only customers in the building and the crew forgot about our food for 45 min. They said they must have given our food away in the drive through when we asked. The food itself was really good just make sure to watch the teenagers if you go in.

Took 20 minutes to get through the drive through with only two customers in front of me. No apology or explanation when I got to the window.

Super patient with me despite my coming 20 minutes before close. Answered all my questions and the food was delicious!
