Restaurant bewertenCame via the drive thru. When I asked the lady working the drive, I asked if they have peppermint mocha..She said YES . However, when I got to the window and paid, she handed me a frappe cold drink?I asked if this was the peppermint mocha she said yes, and I asked why it was not hot. She said the frappe was a cold drink?When I tried to explain that I didn 't ask for a frappe, she seemed to get upset as though her lack of product knowledge was my fault?Maybe McDonald 's should hire people who understand English properly and take some initiative into learning what the products are that they sell?I don 't appreciate the quality of service that is deemed acceptable at this facility!
Flies in the lobby Waited forever for someone to order. Food was missing items. Fries brown soggy greasy. Caramel sundae was maybe 60% full.. SLIW DOWN AND DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST
I thought I'd give this place another chance. Big mistake. First, they order was wrong. Second, they didn't give me the full order. I shouldn't have to check my order when all I get is a muffin and two hash browns.
This is by far the best McDonald’s in the state. The food is always done right. The drinks are excellent. The service is very fast! The drive-thru is faster than any other restaurant bar none! The employees are friendly and smile. I am glad this is close to home. They understand what people want and they deliver.
I ordered takeout on Saturday night around 11pm and noticed that the fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Unfortunately, I ended up getting food poisoning the next day and I only ate food from that place. Please make sure to change your oils regularly! Be considerate of your customers.
