Chipotle Mexican Grill - San Ramon

I wanted to order a veggie Burrito. There weren't any veggies, but the lady didn't care. She wanted to chat and not include any veggies. I refused and left. When a company is disparate to cheat its customers, it isn't worth g there. I deleted the Chipotle app on my phone.

Feels like the quality here goes down every time I convince myself to come here every 2-3 months

Ordered to go via the website. Got my son a kids meal quesadilla asked for sour cream, rice and beans as sides and only got rice and beans. Very disappointed

They charged me extra for extra chicken and 2 barbacoa even though I only got one scoop of chicken and barbacoa, the bill came out to be the amount of 3 bowls instead of 2 because they charged me extra. The employees were also rude and acted like they hated their job.

Horrible customer service !!!!!!!!!!!I complained about how my kids burrito was made because he only gets 3 items and they had a issue with me complaining ,the person at the cash register kept cutting me off darker male with long curly hair and wondering why I became defensive and the manager wasn 't any better calling me a kid for complaining Originally, When it was being made I asked for more rice and meat because it was already very little the girl only added rice !! I waited until it was time to pay so I can bring to their attention again I 'm paying $10 for a chicken bowl with extra everything Double sided ,And $13 for a steak burrito with absolutely nothing on it rice steak sour cream extremely small barley a full scoop of meat they all gave me attitude , I even had to ask the young white girl not to remake my food with an attitude ! I don 't mind paying just make sure it 's made right and for some odd reason they couldn 't understand that , nobody at this location knows customer service so In returned they all got cussed out for not making sure the customer was taken care of and heard ! As I walked out , somebody said it 's just fast food ! Meaning nobody gives a damn ! so the 1.7 star makes perfect sense ! 8/27 at 8pm keep in mind I originally asked for it to be remade home dog at the register kept talking over me ! If the burrito is $13+ make sure the burrito is Atleast worth that much ! Not to mention they 're out of steak 2 hrs before closing so my son remade burrito ended up being chicken and we were still charged for steak !
