Terrible service. So rude!Workers spent half the time chatting.Took 31 minutes for ONE drink.When you talk to the workers they hardly even look up at you. When we asked if they got the ticket for our drink after 25 minutes, she just replied with "still working on it... "We could tell the drink sat there for a while, half the frappe was already melted.

Drive thru HORRIBLE!!! IN LINE OVER 30 MINUTES BECAUSE STUCK BETWEEN CARS. ON TO OF THAT MY DRINKS WERE HORRIBLE AS WELL.

It wasn't even 9pm and they had already closed. I arrived at exactly 8:40 and they were already closed but they were still in there.

The staff is friendly and helpful! It's expensive, but so are all of them! I like the ambiance and it's a cozy place to have an interview, or even read a book. It's really convenient for me because it's so close to my home so I may be biased.

Dawg we waited about 38 minutes he kept saying let me look in the back the line was about 9 cars he takes to long 0
