Truman - San Miguel de Tucumán

Lo más lindo de este lugar es la presentación de las comidas, además de su excelente valor. A mi gusto un poco sobrevaluado en lo que a precios se refiere.

The Truman is a modern and stylish new Cafe / Restaurant ... which is preferred by mostly young people for the Merienda ... the service is excellent and the quality of the dishes and drinks too.

It's a busy modern bistro that's quite popular with the ladies. The menu serves more than the usual Argentinian grills and they have burgers, salad, pasta etc. The selection is quite good considering I usually find that many Argentinian eateries lack variety and don't go beyond the typical grilled meat.I went with a big group of friends and I heard they're famous for the "Black burger" as it's served on black buns with charcoal and that's apparently delicious according to my friends who had it. My partner ordered some ravioli pasta (can't remember the exact one) and it's quite tasty. I had a chicken Caesar salad and it isn't too bad. The chicken is tender (unlike many other restaurants in Argentina that tend to serve chicken that's too overcooked) and that's quite enjoyable for me.They have this juice drink and the "Green" drink is very tasty. In fact, all of us ordered all the colors and we re-ordered our respective juices, so I guess that means it's really good.It's quite an unexpected place in a small town of Tucuman. We actually went back there the next day.

Bar, restaurante, centrico, tiene una buena carta, platos orginales, costillas a la barbacoa, Wok, Hambuerguesas con pan negro, Muy rico todos sus platos, lindo decoración, amabilidad de sus mozos. Recomendable!
