The baked goods are amazing. The muffins are all recommendable and as an almond lover the almond marzipan mini pie is phenomenal. The folks working were quick to greet me and were warm and friendly. I don’t know how I just discovered this spot but it will definitely be my new breakfast place.

Ordered a custom cake and it was absolutely delicious. Their muffins and other daily baked goods are some of the best I've ever had. Staff are always incredibly polite and kind.

After lunch at one location, a crepe at another, I still had a sweet longing for another bite in downtown San Luis Obispo. Enter the SLO Delicious Bake Shop. On entering, my eyes descended on the mini tarts, but I was not sure I had room for them. So, I opted for a chocolate cream puff. It was good, but needed more oomph. All other offerings looked enticing. Need to get here on another day, to sample more treats.

Where do I begin? Maybe starting at the top, with Michael and Chef G. I have never felt so personally welcomed from the very first visit at any other establishment, and the attention from them and their terrific staff has just gotten better in the two years since that first visit. It is our favorite spot to indulge in a treat and sit outside on lovely garden street. I've tried cupcakes, muffins, pies, cheesecakes, croissants, and the incredible napoleon all are stellar. I cannot recommend this sweet little bake shop enough. Thank you so much, and keep up the great baking!
