Restaurant bewertenVery quick food. It will be ready in 5 to 10 mins for dine in or pick up. They always get our order correct. The spiciness varies by day. Sometimes the meat is very spicy and other times not at all.
Solid spot for burritos. Service was quick, prices were decent, and the burritos are quite big. There are plenty of options for fillings and toppings. They even have breakfast options. My only issue is the salsa bar. The Pico de Gallo was clearly not fresh and was actually starting to spoil. The tomatoes were floppy and tasted nearly rotten. It was a fresh tray of it too so I'm guessing it has been sitting, premade, in a fridge for several days. Not cool. The other salsas on the bar were fine, but not great. They lacked flavor, and honestly lacked heat too. Just a wet sauce bar: comes in red, green, and chunky red. Still, this is not a big deal. I had plenty of top quality hot sauce on hand instead. If the salsa was done well, this place is an easy 5 stars. I would recommend it, but maybe sniff the salsa first and see if it was made that week.
Classic taqueria in the center of Downtown San Leandro large portions, fresh ingredients, reasonable prices and friendly staff. I like the veggie fajitas, taco salads and huevos rancheros.
If you are looking for the best chile relleno in San Leandro, this is it. The coating is just right and the tomato relleno sauce is robust and flavorful. Stop in here for a combination plate, you’ll be happy you found Taqueria Los Pericos.
Good place to eat when in the San Leandro area. The enchiladas plate is what I ordered today. With shredded chicken. Very good, nice and hot plate #HazyJavi music
