Starbucks - San Jose

Ordered a venti chai with oat milk and almond milk no water, extra foam, and instead it came very weak and too hot no foam. When made right, it's delicious. This is the second time I've had a screwed-up order from there but I'm willing to give it another try. People have bad days.

I go early to Starbucks and the staff was friendly and gave me a cup on the house to go with my breakfast sandwich. I'm not even a regular at that location thanks barrista for making my day.

Safe location. Store was neat and clean and the staff were good.

Some Staff are argumentative and don't seem to appreciate the value of the customer. Don't go there if you're in a hurry and have not ordered on line. They insist on heating up pastries probably cos the pastries are not fresh.

I rarely write review but this store? the other reviews are true about how they treat between their regular customers and the ones who don?t often come. Always mess up my drinks. Eventhough I ordered online, they still missed it and only made it when I came tell them. My shift starts at 8:30 and this place is just 4min from my office so I go with it, I made online orders around 8:05 8:10 and still have to leave when my order isn?t finished yet. I dont know what?s wrong with the system there or the staffs. Just never feel the way I should be treated, always leave this place in rush, with missed order and the worst feelings ever that ruin my whole day !!!
