Restaurant bewertenWhen we paid the bill and headed to the parking lot, the same waiter followed us and questioned why we hadn’t left a tip. She asked, “Did you receive bad service?” This was by far the most surprising and rude experience we’ve encountered. It definitely left a bad impression, and I know for sure that I won’t be returning to this place.
If this is the original location, does that mean there are others? Is the original always the best? Are there differing opinions on this? Could it all just be a marketing strategy? Isn't there another Thai restaurant within five miles? Many questions arise, but only one person to ask and taste the food. Discover the answers to these questions and more when you visit the restaurant.
I used to dine at the new Crawling Thai because it was conveniently located near my workplace. However, after experiencing a waiter who would leave the phone off the hook after 8 PM and start turning away customers around 8:40 PM to leave on time, I switched to this place and discovered that the food here is actually better. The spring rolls at the new restaurant are a bit chewy and not very large, while the ones here literally melt in your mouth—they're perfectly prepared and have an incredible taste. They may look similar, but they're vastly different in quality.
Definitiw one of my faves. had the moo kra theim and basilikum chili garlic, yum. a few nights ago were mango and sticky rice in an egg, super tasty.
The service was fast and friendly. My papaya salad was just okay friends enjoyed, but didn't love their meals. The shrimp appetizer was a big disappointment; it was basically standard fare breaded fried prawn. Nothing fresh about it.
