Noah's New York Bagels - San Jose

The best Bagels in this universe. Incredibly addictive taste of Noah’s Bagels. Try all bagels but don’t miss Jalapeños Bagels with cream cheese. The early morning breakfast options of Noah’s Bagels. West coast in USA is the only place where we get Noah’s Bagels. In east coast we will get Einstein Bros bagel’s even though it’s same company but the taste from Noah’s Bagels is unbeatable.

Not really what you'd call true New York bagels (contrary to what some would claim), but still offers an above average product menu. Not sure the price-to-value is great, but I used to make some morning stops here on the way to work and if the opportunity presented itself, I would go back.

I know...1 star for all time FAVORITE CHAIN of bagels? Yep and here 's why...1) Every bagel was over done...every single bagel in the case. Since I 'm a Noah 's fan, I know what these should look and taste like. 2) This made the bagels super chewy, but not in a good way...in a these are hard to eat way.2) The toppings all fell off as I was eating the bagels. This has to do with how they are made. I consider the cinnamon sugar a special treat...but 90% of the sugar was left on the paper. And my Everything bagel lacked pizzazz, probably because 50% of that topping fell off.3) In addition to all this, I got half the normal amount of cream cheese on the Everything Bagel. If the bagel were soft and yummy, this really wouldn 't have mattered too much.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 5 STARS. Folks were friendly and helpful, but Noah 's is a chain, so the on par service simply doesn 't improve the rating for me because I was craving the perfect bagels all morning and didn 't finish what I paid for.Did I come on an off day? Who knows...but the 3 star average suggestions this location isn 't up to Noah 's standards and that someone just doesn 't care enough.

I love Noah's bagels! The last time my boyfriend and I went here, I ordered the cinnamon raisin bagels with honey almond cream cheese. My boyfriend saw the sausage burrito picture and ordered it. When we got our food, my boyfriend ate his burrito and told me that it was chorizo instead of sausage. So when I told the employee that, she said they didn't have the sausage burrito anymore. They could've told us that so, then my boyfriend would've probably ordered something else instead. Next time, we will probably have to ask if they have it, if not, we will order something else next time.

There is a really nice employee working today. I had an online order for my dad and some of the quantity wasn't available when I went to pick up and she really made an effort to make things right thank you so much.
