It's Just Wings - San Jose

Having been to their other location, I didn?t think twice about ordering from this location. 1. Curbside pick up doesn?t exist, even when their system accepts a curbside pickup order. You end up waiting in the car endlessly. 2. Your food is left on their shelf to become cold and soggy 3. Absolutely no flavor. I?d ordered Santa Fe (Hot) Smoked wings. Neither were they smoked, nor were they even mildly hot. 4. The staff working there have zero interest in doing their jobs. This is when no other customer was waiting as well. Stay away from this place and the Chilli?s associated with this place, at all costs.

All the food tasted soggy almost stale. As if it it was sitting for hours and then microwaved or something. Especially the fries. Really bad.

I enjoy coming here when I'm constipated. The undercooked wings give me immediate relief.

Don?t order from here !! Horrible customer service . I placed an order through DoorDash then tried to call and edit it they didn?t pick up the phone for 10 mins . Then when they finally picked up they told me it?s too late because my food is already done. Well obviously I called 10 mins ago. If you are going to run a business then staff your business so it can run . 1 star is generous they deserve 0 stars .

Ordered from here on Uber Eats, and my experience was pretty much perfect. I ordered the boneless lemon pepper chicken, and the chicken was seasoned just the right amount. The curly fries were a little too lightly seasoned, but that isn't an issue that's hard to deal with. I was also provided the perfect amount of sauce for all my food. 10/10 would eat again.
