Amici's East Coast Pizzeria At Cloudkitchens San Jose

Finally decided to try this place after reading the positive reviews, so we did so using Uber Eats tonight. What arrived was not what we ordered and the box was not kept level so it was mostly mushed up against one side. Taped to the box was the receipt of the order which HAD the correct items listed (simple sausage and pepperoni 1/2 cheese. What was inside was a mish-mash of things, olives, mushrooms and bunch of other things not ordered. When we complained to Uber Eats that said it was still 'edible ' and would not refund our order. If you can 't get a simple pie order correct, then I would avoid. If this is customer service from Uber Eats, we 'll stick with Door Dash.

I ordered online for delivery. I called to make sure they received my order. They said door dash would deliver it. I waited an hour then called they said they didn’t know what was happening that they would remake me a pizza and expedite the delivery. I waited another hour called back they said that they were having trouble with door dash that they would remake me a pizza it was already 9pm at night I asked for my refund. I will definitely never go back to this location. If you want Amici’s go to the actual restaurant.

I would like to go to a restaurant, not a pick-up place drive all the way down there no restaurant

Best pizza all time! the service was great loved it! and the mint were also amazing! definitely come back! it was good, but eating lasted 50 minutes, so no longer stood well, and then we got pastas and it wasn't even good, but overall good! and terrible and bad

I went to this place because I heard they still baked the pizza in the open flame brick. Turn out, it is a good experience for me. The services are good and the food is extremely delicious as well We order the amici pizza which is one of their specialty (for meat lovers) and we customize it to add some cheese and jalapeno on it. The pizza is super crispy and have many size to choose. We also go for the white spaghetti clam, which I think they have one of the best. For appetizers, I would suggest their chicken wings, both spicy and non spicy and also the garlic bread Overall it is definitely a must place to visit
