Restaurant bewertenThe floor is sticky. Everything was a little bit filthy. I was afraid to look around too much for fear of completely losing my appetite. There was what looked like a piece of fish with the skin attached, in the white broth. We didn’t order fish. Did they re-use the broth…..I was afraid to look at the piece of fish anymore. We got half and half broth: spicy (red) and regular (white). The spicy really packed a punch. I mixed the two and that was really good. I grew up with all the herbs/roots in the broth, and enjoyed the flavors very much. But it was a bit too oily. The A Choi was completely slicked with oil when we took it out of the broth. We got a bunch of stuff, and the squid and clams stood out, for me. I thought overall it was ok. But just ok food is not going to make me go back to a dirty restaurant.
