Restaurant bewertenPuffy tacos with impossibility of burg filling? sounds good. but the filling was overdue and the tacos were really not very puffy. good guacamole.
West of Pecos is a nice restaurant. Their dinner menu currently has one entirely vegan entree, the grilled vegetables. It sounds boring, but i promise it's not! It's a huge and filling dish with lots of different flavors and textures. You won't be disappointed. They have great drinks too. Apparently there is a vegan breakfast bowl too, so I would assume they have one vegan dish on their lunch menu too. The cashew cream is to die for. So, they don't have a variety of options for vegans, but if you're in town for a minute and just going once, you should be satisfied.
They had a good choice of vegan options for brunch, including an just vegan breakfast taco with vegan chorizo and cashew crema, a vegan breakfast dish, an impossible burger on a vegan sesame bee, and vegan impossible puffy tacos. nice to see a vegan option in any category of menu. our table got one of these items and they were all excellent, my favorite was the vegan breakfast tacos.
They love the new plant-based options, including kuleana tuna, impossible bark meat, etc. they recommend this place, as they have vegan options for most of the main now and the owner talks about his trip to the factory is often based
I usually do not place immediately after eating at them, but this place was a huge estate. I appreciated the fact that she offered a vegan option seasonal vegan teller, but it wasn't very kreatiw, and the only part of it, the kreatiw was rough (broccoli.) the dish consisted of simple black beans, pure green rice, smooth grilled mais on the cob and broccoli with super strange and confusing aromen. also the guacamole was very disappointing. I really feel like eating here and would not recommend it to my friends. it is also overpriced.
