Restaurant bewertenLooking for a restaurant that we haven't tried yet, we're walking in brixton on Saturday morning. while it has a call as a go-to-sport bar on union st. we found them have a big breakfast menu to experiment. what we did and enjoyed.
Came to The Brixton for a private event. This space is super spacious and the bar area is right in the center for maximum flow. There are 3 wraparound booths at the back and on the both sides on the wall there are more booth seating. Front has tables for 2-4 customers per table. They have these large floor to ceiling windows that open up to the street which provides some much needed ventilation (especially at the time of COVID-19). Ordered the flatbread and added grilled chicken. It was about 12 in length and 4 in width. Cut into 6 pieces. It definitely felt more like a snack/appetizer than an entree. Total came out to $24.99 for this item alone. Kind of pricey especially since the flatbread was $15 and the added chicken (which only had maybe two pieces per slice) was $7 to add on. This place also has their own helium tank so if you're hosting a private event, they can definitely help in filling up balloons! Overall, it's a nice place in the Marina District. Would I come back? Most likely not unless there was an event being hosted here.
Nice staff, decent outdoor seating, terrible corn dogs and the root beer is way too sweet
Solid place to watch the game and eat decent bar food . However, none of the bartenders were wearing masks when I was there recently. Maybe I 'll go again if we ever get through this pandemic.
My experience with this restaurant told me an early dinner is if I could get the best service, so I arrived on Friday night 5:15 clock and I was right, but unfortunately the business didn't pick up much while I was there. and much to my joy there was a vegetarian selection on the menu (a seasonal summer plant). I was very pleased with the service and menu items I received today.
